Pros

Yes, they do care about the employees. They also have internal trainings, which leads and managers encourage us to do to improve ourselves.

On a personal level, I feel a better environment to work in.

Accenture fosters a culture of innovation and encourages its employees to think creatively and develop new ideas to solve complex business challenges.

They have very good support teams as well. If you face any difficulties on an infra level, there are mental health support resources, and also flexible working hours. Managers and leads do support you if you have any personal issues.

Cons

From a salary point of view, as a senior developer, you will not get too much pay. They take you for granted in performance achievements. Salary distribution will be average, even if you perform very well workwise. And yes, politics do affect your salary component. They don't have health insurance for parents by default. You need to purchase it manually. Individual health insurance will cover up only 3L.

Advice to Management

Trying to reach on a lower level to understand what their problem is on a personal level. Leads/managers often neglect them amid work pressure, caring about employees leaving work as a second priority.
