What I love the most about Accenture is the culture. For a company that supports and encourages employee engagement, Accenture does a great job making sure their employees are heard and valued.
Every team is supportive of each other and passionate about the product we develop. In general, the offices are beautiful with fantastic views! Fully stocked fridge and yummy snacks.
The way you get treated depends on the project you're on.
It is not easy to roll off projects and try something new in other projects.
