Good for freshers as there is a lot of learning involved. Good company to settle in life. If you are looking for fast growth, like in product-based companies, then you will need to switch. Salary is good as compared to other market peers.
Depends on the project. If you are in support, you will have to take extra efforts to upskill yourself. It's a lucky draw.
Kindly look after the middle management, as they are the ones involved in day-to-day activities. Treat them well.
