Everything is excellent, except for the one con I have mentioned below.
Only giving 1 star less because of the healthcare provider. Vidalhealth has the worst service, and they just try to prolong the process and find issues to reject the claim.
For the company, I would either want them to get rid of this fraudulent healthcare provider or have a good escalation process in place so that we can raise our issues and get them addressed.
I have noticed a bit of bias from the senior leadership toward a few of their favorites, which expedites their promotions/opportunities at the cost of the actually deserving.
The interview process was good. One technical round was there, and they asked questions about Azure PaaS and .NET, like Azure App Service, Functions, and Blobs. In .NET, they asked questions regarding dependency injection and Entity Framework.
The interview process consisted of three rounds: * Technical * Managerial * HR discussion The technical round was based on areas worked on or experience in. The managerial round included both technical queries and soft skills.
Nice experience. They will ask basics as well as some project-based questions. They will ask a few questions on your experiences. They will ask about the landscape of the current project on which you are working.
