Great work-life balance, but learning opportunities are very limited
Great work.
More of them are support projects; development projects are very few.
For >= level 9, it's great if you don't have to do coding. Then it's great. WLB is also great, but it depends on the project. The internal tool for taxation is good.
Nothing as such. I feel changing of projects is not that feasible.
Pay is not as per product-based companies.
No challenging work.
Colleagues are dump and not helpful in my project.
