In my experience, I haven't seen any downsides. Perhaps keep in mind that Accenture is a technology consultancy and they send you to different projects/clients, which may or may not be to your liking and align with your profile. The interview process consisted of three rounds: * Technical * Managerial * HR discussion The technical round was based on areas worked on or experience in. The managerial round included both technical queries and soft skills.
Nice experience. They will ask basics as well as some project-based questions. They will ask a few questions on your experiences. They will ask about the landscape of the current project on which you are working.
The interview process was quite smooth. The only issue is if you want to change location; that process might take long. Otherwise, the interview process was quite good and the interviewer was quite helpful.
