Good company to work and learn, but with minimal hikes
As many other service-based companies, Accenture's work too depends on the project you are in. Sometimes, the experience is very good, and sometimes it's not.
You get a lot of opportunity to learn via different portals and get yourself certified.
Salary is as per market standards if you are a new joiner, but don't expect hikes if you stay long unless you are promoted.
No or minimal hikes.
Location-specific office visits are a must.
