2. Too much emphasis on training and upskilling (free certification vouchers).
3. Growing inside and changing your domain is also not very hard.
4. Large employee base.
5. Connecting with peers in the domain you want to get into is easy.
6. Less bias with respect to gender, race, caste, religion, orientation, etc.
7. Women employee percentage is the same as the male percentage.

1. Extra perks are not for everyone due to the large employee base.

2. Performance bonuses/variable bonus percentages are too high and cannot be included in CTC.

3. HR processes are too slow, especially recruitment.

4. Random appreciations, project completion certificates, and company trips are rare.

Focus on the appreciation. Any type of motivation, now and then, proves to be beneficial in retaining employees.
