The process established for daily work. Since Accenture has many projects, one can always find projects which interest them. There is always a mix of experienced and newbies in the team. Mostly relaxed work, but it would be technically challenging.
The learning curve is mostly flat. I didn't get to meet/work with really technically sound people. Most people work here just for the money and end up doing their best they can at work. The team is overstaffed, because of which one may not get a good portion of work. Also, there are usually too many people fighting just for one piece of cake (promotion/recognition/onsite), which makes the workplace hostile.
Hire less. Hire good.
It was a 2-round video call based on primary skills. Some coding snippets related to JavaScript were asked. Project-related questions were asked. React unit test questions, with any CSS library.
