Good for growth and learning, with lots of opportunities, people-friendly policies, and a principle of meritocracy in a highly motivated and open work environment.
As Accenture is very client-centric and puts clients first, this requires strategic and efficient team leads/AMs to handle the pressure and set expectations. Otherwise, it may cause unnecessary suffering and pressure on less-experienced, junior-level employees.
As with great power comes great responsibility, few managers should identify this and align their priorities based on Accenture's vision to not only serve the clients but also grow their own people. They should use their experience and prefer to proactively guide juniors rather than taking a passive approach of pinpointing their mistakes at year-end reviews, which may demotivate some. Good news is that there are also many highly efficient and smart managers at Accenture. Sometimes politics does raise its ugly head where people with power may become blunt and less considerate over some issues due to partiality, unfairness, etc.
