2. Good place to learn as a fresher, especially in SAP, when compared with other service companies.
3. WFH flexibility (depends on the project) and your relationship with managers.
4. If you are a lateral joiner, expect a good CTC.

1. Bad at hikes for existing employees. Those who have been contributing to the firm's growth for years are less important and are not given good hikes. Lateral hires are paid well, though.

2. Biased leadership makes the work culture toxic, causing good employees to leave the firm or ask for a project change.

3. No ample opportunities and support from project managers for resources willing to take up trainings on niche skills within the firm. (This purely depends on the manager)
