Company pays well for monthly salary, especially if you are a lateral hire.

Many projects are ongoing, so there's always an opportunity for you to jump.

The annual package is horrible if you factor in working hours. I worked more than 12 hours a day and was rewarded with less than a month's bonus, even though my performance was above average. The company does not believe in increments and will only adjust your salary if you get promoted.

Promotion is also subjected to company performance, and so there's a huge backlog of promotees. I was not promoted even though all was approved because of the backlog. Career progression is bad because of this same backlog.

Career counselors will tell you that you are doing well and should continue doing the same thing until you get promoted; it's just a matter of time, which is ridiculous if you want to better yourself.

Focus more on career progression.
