Good place to work, except for the favoritism
Best service-based company to gain training and certifications.
Even though this is the best place to work, favoritism by a few managers is a main demotivating factor and a reason to quit.
Even though a good technical skillset, a good number of certifications, and most importantly excellent feedback from customers should be considered when providing a rating. It should not be based on perception.
