Managers and higher management give false promises many times to get you in a project on the name of onsite opportunities and relocate you to another city for work. After joining the project, you will get to know there are no onsite opportunities, and you have compromised family life. Now you are spending extra bucks from your pocket to maintain families at two locations.
Managers and senior managers don't play with resource aspiration on the name of overseas opportunity.
