PIP... one of the worst parts in the company. Every year, they have a policy to remove 10% of employees. Even if you are good technically and haven't had good support from your manager, you can expect a PIP. Dump people who follow managers will stay longer in Accenture.

Variable pay... you cannot expect 100% anytime. You may get 60% or 70%. (Half-yearly paid)
