Good percentage of yearly hikes for performers.
Various learning mechanisms.
Managers are approachable to some extent.
Hired for Development profile and asked to work for the Testing profile for sometime.
Policies are not open and sometimes difficult to understand.
Transparency is less in terms of Performance Evaluation.
High Variable Pay.
Very slow recruitment process, and it's a big recruitment team. They are not being responsible for what they are doing. Most of them are contractors.
Please improve the recruitment process. It's a blunder, team, and policies.
No leadership or managers are ready to change the process to address the problems, simply providing temporary solutions.
Please value the candidates and their time.
