They provide a good amount of training. Timings are a bit flexible.
It's just that they can place a 5+ years experienced developer as a QA tester on any project. This is the maddest thing that can happen, where the job description does not match the work you are being assigned.

At least try to align the resources with their skill sets. Also, the interview process should not be so easy that you take everyone and then make them suffer at a later phase. Try to have more rounds focused on the specific need you have. At least candidates like us would not suffer with job quality and satisfaction.
