- Pay is decent compared to other service-based companies in India.
- Variable pay is a "fraud" component in the pay structure.
- Politics in projects, DU level like groupism based on language spoken, area (like any other company).
- The performance cycle is a big joke; it's biased on many factors like buttering and show-off (like conducting project meetings/knowledge sessions with no agenda without the manager in the meeting, then getting the limelight for it).
- A lot of favoritism towards female employees (this is all due to diversity programs in ACN).
- HRs are of no use. They do not respond to you until you go after them like crazy or until you include a higher-grade employee when querying.
