Pros

The learning scope is good.

Latest and cutting-edge technologies are implemented at Accenture. Facilities and benefits are okay.

Accenture gives good consideration to female employees for promotion, hiring, benefits, etc.

Cons

When I joined Accenture as a fresher, I was really excited for the first 3-4 years. But after the post-COVID lockdown, the work culture at Accenture has suddenly deteriorated. The new managers who have been hired are really pathetic.

Previously, the management used to take care of employees and their concerns. Now, if you raise one concern, the managers in India will threaten you, for example, by saying, "You should feel lucky that you at least have a job" or "Your job is in my hands."

Working for at least 11-12 hours has become the norm at Accenture, and if you complain, the managers' words will drive you into depression.

Even the new joiners are not treated well, and the expectation is to start working effectively even without proper KTs.

Project Managers lack empathy, and their way of talking is degrading day by day.

Advice to Management

First of all, take immediate action on project managers who are treating team members like their slaves.

DU leads should be really humble and effective communicators who should listen to complaints regarding managers, even from ASEs.

ASEs should not be pressurized but should be given the option after a few months to choose their track of learning.

The environment should become more transparent so that employees can freely share their concerns.
