Pays the bills and more, but most of the times, it's stressful
- Stable job
- Opportunity to work onshore or have training onshore
- Interesting and challenging work that will make you learn and grow skills
- Engaging activities and clubs
- Promotion depends highly on the supervisor's write-up.
- There are lots of meetings.
- Attrition is high.
- Stressful.
If managerial roles, which are taken by higher levels, are spread to the young, the company will benefit from the young's own intelligence and creativity.
Most employees I know who have good technical skills either lose them on their way to higher levels or resign. I hope management takes care of these employees more, takes care of them and retains them.
