Pros
  1. Better than other Indian IT companies: Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini. But the level of incompetent in-house Indian managers is the same everywhere.

  2. You can succeed or get onsite too if you build rapport with senior managers (by flattering). Rest, they don't see whether you can speak English or not, or if you have skills or not. Just butter up your way to promotion ('in-house manager') and onsite.

Cons
  1. Inhouse, inbred Indian managers are a waste of time and will drag you down. HRs, senior managers, and female managers are all incompetent. Basically, polished crap.

But all of them work together very well and make your life hell.

  1. They will literally bully you or tag you into any account or project, irrespective of your skills, for billing perspective.

Even if you are billable and can get a project in your primary skill, these incompetent PMO-type senior managers or associate managers will block your path.

  1. No need to mention your variable is a joke. Inflated CTC is the term.
Advice to Management

Evaluate your incompetent Indian in-house promoted/built managers after 3 years on skill, feedback from team, juniors, peers, and superiors. 360-degree feedback should be in place.
