Pros

Good for non-computer science people.

Good training opportunities.

Cons

CSE people will not learn anything new. They will simply become useless in their field. It's better to leave and go for a product-based company, however small it is. There, you will learn a lot.

Managers are very bad, incompetent, and cunning.

In some projects, if you want to get out, you only have one option, and that is to resign. They are so messed up.

My recommendation: just quit and join another company because if you stay in those projects for longer, you will become toothless in your skill, whatever is left within, if any.

Leadership wants a lot of boot-licking. So, this company is not meant for skilled developers but for incompetent boot-lickers.

Advice to Management

Get a life and learn good management and planning skills! Stop boot-licking the leadership. Don't ruin/kill your precious resources (developers) with your incompetence, mismanagement, and bad planning.
