Good for female employees, with a lot of flexibility for them.
Leadership doesn't have to connect to the junior folks. People from the top push down their priorities rather than caring about their priorities. There's an unnecessary chain of managers between junior and senior leadership.
Go back to your policies before 2016. Make junior folks feel connected.
