Need to work on and improve the performance review process. It's still not transparent with the new Performance Achievement tool introduced recently.
Senior management can alter your variable pay, which is not a good thing. There is no criteria for the same. This affects growth for loaned resources (resources who belong to one DU but are loaned to other DUs).
You should take the Performance Achievement process very seriously and be sensitive while giving feedback to employees. It should be constructive and measurable, and not like "certifications are not done" or "training not attended," or something generic.
