Pros
  1. Employee-friendly policies.
  2. If you have the right project matching your skills, your tenure would be awesome.
  3. The average hike is okay compared to other service-based companies.
  4. They do market corrections to match your pay relevant to the market.
  5. Additional bonus for niche and critical skills.
Cons
  1. HRs are of no use when it comes to aligning the right person to the right job. Any manager could hardlock you into a project, even if your skills do not match the role, and too without any discussion. If you object, nobody bothers to listen to your concerns, and HR will tag a work-refusal against you. Most managers just want the billing from the client for you; it doesn't matter to them if you are the right fit for the role or not.
Advice to Management

HR's need to come forward to ensure work alignment is happening properly in the projects. There is no point in expecting a fish to climb a tree and pick fruits for you.
