Pros

Very good in terms of training.

Cons

Most of the managers do not know their job, and most of them are not technical in terms of programming and software engineering.

Very high office politics; the top management does not have any concerns for the lower-ranked employees.

Employee turnover is very high.

Advice to Management

Hire managers that are qualified for the position. Don't hire managers that do not have an IT or Computer Science degree. If you allow hiring managers whose courses are not related to Information Technology, such as Business Administration and Geography, it will create problems for the software engineers on the project because they don't understand the nature of software engineering in a general sense.
