Freshers Beware Hr Blindness
One can start their career here, but should be cautious.
The HR or DU leads just blindly believe the superior words and take action on freshers. They don't even try to find what's actually on the other side of the coin.
Please don't blindly believe the employee who works for longer years. Just try to understand who's actually right; this might at least save innocent ones rather than them being suffered.
