Good incentives but no equality

Pros

So many good incentives:

  • The bonuses
  • The chill environment
  • Chill project (relative)
  • Chill TL
  • The raffles and referral bonuses
  • Chill schedule (relative) - depends on your TL. Mine is so chill. During my 2-year stint in this company, I was only able to experience overtime for 2 weeks only.
Cons
  • Crappy managers, almost having no experience in managing. Perhaps they were promoted due to extracurricular activities.
  • No equality. They are leaning towards women instead of skills. If you are a girl and participate in every event in the company, you will easily get a promotion even though you invest 50% of your current project. Oh, and even if you have little work experience, you will land a senior position right away.
  • Requires you to submit your ideas. Like, duh! I don't want to sell my ideas to this company.
  • Need to spend 9 hours (10 hours including lunch) yet you have less salary.
  • If you like to suck your manager's ball, it's an easy promotion - 100% guaranteed.
Advice to Management

If you want equality, base your promotion on skills. Offer a position based on skills, not on gender.

And by the way, remove extracurricular activities as your basis for promotion. Base it, again, on skills.
