Great team and culture
Fortunately, I was deployed to a project under ATCP CIO, where I was challenged and thrived. The people around me were supportive and great to collaborate with. It has been 7.5 years (as of today, 20230922) since I have been with this project, and it is my first project after being hired and going through the bootcamp.
Compared to resources hired/rolled in pre-pandemic, I clearly noticed that resources being hired/rolled in are challenged in terms of process and technical aspects.
They have a hard time adjusting/catching up even when helpful documentations/guides are already existing.
HR recruitment should thoroughly screen potential candidates to see if they will be a fit and if they will thrive in the position being applied to, considering that it will be a technical and process-heavy role.
