It is difficult to get a job. Please give all employees a chance and see their performance.
Please sir, hire employees and then choose if they are right for the job.
Because high ranks are sometimes getting bad outcomes and by being cheated.
And someone who is really proper for the job, but by chance, for any reason, they don't get a high rank, they lose the job, like a reputed company likes you.
