Cuts out a lot from CTC. Freshers get deployed to some random projects without their will.

Assistant Software Engineer (ASE)
The interview consisted of 4 rounds. First was the cognitive and technical assessment test; one has to clear that to enter the next round. Second was the coding round. It consisted of 2 questions, which were based on DSA and Algo.

It was an interesting and good experience. They had asked some basic programming questions and a little bit of OOP. That's it. It was not so simple, not so hard; it was of moderate difficulty.
