The interview process was very smooth. They only asked communication-type questions, no technical questions. Questions included: * Why should we hire you? * Favorite subject? * Leadership qualities? * Working in teams? * Any questions for me?

It was a smooth process, and my interview went well. Even though I was remarked as good after my interview, and was positive, I wasn't selected. So, the selection criteria is vague for me.
