Pros

A company for entry-level professionals where you get trained, experience the real world, and deepen your area of expertise.

Cons

Petty for promotions. It depends on the people of the project you belong to. You work pretty hard to satisfy their needs, but at the end of the day, it doesn't seem worth it. The company values are all good, but they are dragged down by those who are power-hungry. However, not all are like that. You need to pray that you will not belong to those people, if ever 4 years is not enough for you to get promoted.

Advice to Management

Check your people. If you really care about your employees, ask why there are people who are not promoted for many periods of years. Something is wrong, right? Not all who are above their level are right.
