My Accenture interview was smooth and professional. The panel focused on communication, basic technical questions, and situational problem-solving. Confidence, clear answers, and a positive attitude mattered more than deep technical detail.

The interview process starts with an aptitude test and coding test. After completing and getting selected on both processes, they move forward to the communication process. After all the tests, they have an HR interview.

Easy, but unfair. I wish I had been selected, but I was rejected for no reason. Communication skills should be demonstrated in a good manner. Listening to foreign accents prior to the interview is good.
