only that you are getting paid for studying.
This GFT training period is very stressful. Even after performing well in assessments, they fail you. I don't understand their criteria. Instead of making learning fun, they make it so stressful. In the period of 2 months training, they made me so stressed that I used to cry a lot. I just wanted to leave this company because I already understood their work culture, which is nothing but stressful.
No advice to them.
