Pros

Will have good certifications and vouchers for skill development.

When it comes to the projects, it depends on the market you were assigned. You can make good connections and reap the benefits that are given by the market or the project.

Cons

Many of the freshers are being assigned into testing or support-related projects, which doesn't create much growth in the future and will be difficult for career growth.

They are also not assigned to the right project, according to their training stream.

Sometimes, if you are too unlucky, they will hardlock you into a project without even your acceptance.

Advice to Management

It would be better if they assigned people according to their skills and their acceptance into the project.

If they really want people for support-related projects, they could take people who are in the non-IT sector willing to join IT. Then, it would be a small starting step for them to gain some experience there.
