There are many good things about Accenture.
Awesome working culture.
Free transportation (which many service-based companies don't offer).
It treats everyone equally. Respecting individuals is one of its core values. If any senior manager misbehaves, they will receive a warning from the HR team and sometimes may lose their job.
No strict time policy, like if you don't maintain exactly 9 hours, it's considered half a day. There is no such policy at Accenture. Overall, you need to maintain above 8 hours.
Accenture's hikes are good compared to its competitive service-based companies.
I didn't notice any concs till now.
It was an online interview for the role of ASE at Accenture. Basic things were asked, such as projects, concepts of OOPS, your main language, and other HR questions.
It was the HR round, and it was fairly easy, but the interviewer seemed uninterested. She asked me about my projects and what problems can be converted to opportunities.
I got through a coding and an aptitude test, and then I was selected for an interview. The interview was based on OOPs, and some questions were project-based. All in all, the interview was easy.
