Honestly, there's nothing good to talk about.
I joined as a fresher for the project Pfizer. I had a pathetic experience under a manager who was toxic and who would harass. The team was also toxic and never helped freshers, letting them struggle so that there’s a dependency.
Please train your managers on how to behave with freshers. They come out of college with so much expectation from their first job.
