This will be a good experience for an entry-level position. However, I advise applying to a different company after a year if you want a competitive salary. I think their high compensation for entry-level roles is just a bait.
Politics when it comes to promotion.
Low raise, low salary compared to the workloads you're doing. You have to change career counselors every other project. Many managers promise you things but won't do them; they just listen but don't take action, a waste of time.
No control of your career when you're still an ASE.
Listen to your employees.
Don't just promote employees who are good at administrative tasks or initiatives. There are many employees out there who are skilled in their main tasks.
