- Networking helps.
- Lot of free time.
- They hire so many people in bulk for backup that sometimes it takes time to get a project as there are none available.
- HR isn't helpful in case of transfer scenarios.
Provide genuine work to entry-level people, as they come with the most energy.
Try to utilize their skills.
