They enrolled us and gave us training on basic computer stuff. After that, there was subject-specific training. I was randomly chosen for SAP.
The SAP training was very good. The trainer was friendly and knowledgeable, but his was the only good part.
After that, they made us sit on a bench, claiming that we did not have any projects. The worst part is they did not give us anything to work on. If they had at least made us work on internal Accenture projects, that would have been a great experience. That is the reason I decided to do my MS and leave Accenture.
Reduce the bench, or at least give them something interesting to work with.
