Apprenticeship Program is good, but still needs work
Many projects to gain experience from.
Great work-life balance from what I've seen.
Good people.
Opportunities.
Starting salary after the program is far below market value, at least in my field. I could make much more ($15-25k+) by leaving after being in the job for a year. However, I choose to stay because of what I'm working on and learning.
Please ensure that post-program pay is market value. This is something that is noticed by many and talked about pretty heavily.
