Pros
  1. Most flexible work culture. They have never asked me to compulsorily work at the office location, provided there were no client meetings.
  2. Junior employees (ASE) have a lot of scope in learning technologies that would cost around 20k outside.
  3. Starting salary for freshers is good compared to other service-based companies.
  4. Safety for women: A top priority.
  5. Work-life balance.
Cons
  1. Freshers cannot choose the domain they want to work on. The company randomly picks the technologies and assigns them.
  2. Apart from shift allowance, you do not get any other perks like travel allowance, festival gift cards, or meal allowances.
  3. Project details are not clearly defined before you join.
Advice to Management

I honestly believe the hierarchical level of working has its own pros and cons.

Hikes are the default for freshers, which is not good. Even though you perform well, your salary remains the same. This loophole must be fixed.
