Good training and the offices are good.
Company will provide cab facilities.
After training, you will be selected for random projects. Internal projects are the worst; you won't get any growth. Work-life balance is completely dependent upon the managers and TLs. If they are not doing well, all the pressure will go onto associates.
Please make the selection of managers and SSEs correctly. I have seen many senior persons in the office without any job or not doing the job properly.
