Two-month training period
So far, everyone is very helpful and takes into consideration my opinions for improvement.
Specialized training with certified people. Free resources on multiple areas to learn and take certifications. Remote work. Laptop before you start.
The only con for this training period is that you receive less for these 2 months, but I guess it's a good way for them to see more candidates and for me, people to show their true value.
