The work culture at Accenture is good. The training provided as a fresher is also good. You get to learn a lot from experienced people at Accenture.
Project allotment depends on your luck. Not everyone gets a good project. My friend, who is also an ASE, had completed his training in JAVA at Accenture and is now stuck in a product-based project where his job is to monitor the client's website.
