On the basis of luck, which project gets assigned after joining?
Good Project: Good Work. It all depends on the project manager. What kind of work environment you will get. Accenture has very nice & disciplined policies; even your manager can't yell or misbehave at you. Luckily, my manager was nice & intelligent; he knew very well from employees how to get work done.
You don't know which project or what technologies you will be assigned to before joining.
While joining, you can negotiate as much as you can, because Accenture HR always wants to give less. They consider your previous employment like Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 companies.
