Pretty Good Benefit - Not so Good Work Life Balance
Health benefit, insurance, allowance, and other benefits are pretty fair. It's a good place to learn for fresh graduates.
Barely see work-life balance. The workload for every employee on the same project is almost the same, but salary and benefits differ depending on which university you came from.
Managements should think of other strategies to retain their employees. It seems a lot of them gave up because the work-life balance is just terrible.
