The company is good, but lots of unwanted fellows join it
Accentuate is a really great place to work and learn with the latest technology.
You will find few people who don't know anything and don't want to work. They just want to lick the boots of managers and suppress juniors, taking credit for the work and sitting all day making fun of others.
Management should remove these bootlicking people from the company and start focusing on really hardworking employees, as Deloitte and IBM do.
