I did not see many good things in the team that I joined: DevOps, ATCI.
Horrible planning, managers, teams, and work culture.
The managers need to be given some training on how to trust their subordinates and not to micromanage.
Ensure the work culture is positive.
If an employee is not comfortable in a group, options must be provided for them to look internally to any other team and move quickly so that all the efforts in hiring them are saved.
